Lead Time

We have a lead time of 6-8 weeks, as every Jessie Kuruc Fine Jewelry piece is made to order. If you have a timeline you'd like to work within, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping

Our pieces require a signature upon delivery. Jessie Kuruc Fine Jewelry is not liable for any pieces that have been lost after being marked 'delivered' by the shipping company or have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, technical delays, or the recipient not being available to provide a signature. 

Returns

All sales on jessiekuruc.com are final. If there is a defect in the piece, we are more than happy to exchange the piece as long as it is in its original condition. To be eligible for an exchange, please email hello@jessiekuruc.com within 10 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it appears that the item has been intentionally damaged or misused. 

Jewelry Care

While all of our jewelry is designed with integrity and longevity in mind, it's important to take extra care of your fine jewelry to keep it in excellent condition. To extend the life of your pieces, ensure that you take them off before sleeping, showering, exercising, and applying lotions or perfumes. Pearls are exceptionally delicate, so it's important to be mindful of activities when wearing pearl pieces like the Lovett Ring. To clean your diamond and moissanite pieces, soak in warm water mixed with dish soap and use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean. 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping on all of our pieces unless otherwise specified. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any additional taxes, import fees, or duties required by the destination country. If the package is refused, all shipping, import, and additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Jessie Kuruc Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any delays during international shipping due to customs.

Financing

We currently do not offer financing but it is in the works for the future.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected on orders that are shipped to addresses in areas that require our business to collect sales tax.

Repairs

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. However, jewelry is delicate and must be cared for accordingly. We offer no cost repairs to any jewelry within 60 days of the delivery date. For repairs outside of that timeline or on items that have been misused, we are happy to offer repairs for a fee.
